Engineers of aggression

The russian scientific community plays a key role in supporting and developing its military potential. Russian scientists and engineers are working in the fields of development of missile weapons, unmanned systems, electronic warfare equipment, guidance systems and artificial intelligence.

Despite these activities, russian scientists continue to be part of the global scientific community, receive international grants and collaborate with foreign research institutions. Engineers and developers from the russian defence industry represent the russian federation at international events.

The experience gained from such cooperation is subsequently used by the russian federation not only to create weapons of mass destruction, but also to form a strategic advantage in the modern technological arms race.

What needs to be done:

• cease all cooperation with russian scientists and scientific institutions, and exclude them from international grant programmes;
• impose sanctions against russian scientists and engineers involved in the development of military and dual-use technologies;
• restrict the participation of such individuals in international events, arms exhibitions, etc.
