KREMLIN MOUTHPIECES
Together with the National Security and Defence Council's Countering Disinformation Centre, a new section with a list of russian propagandists and media managers has been launched.
russian propaganda supports violence, glorifies the russian armed forces, justifies aggression and war crimes, uses dehumanisation and hatred of Ukraine as fuel for war, and challenges Ukraine's ability to continue the fight. It has a face that the whole world should know - know in order to block, impose sanctions, ban entry, close bank accounts, and cut off all cooperation.
Today, the first list of 55 people has been published:
• Valery Gergiev, russian conductor and personal friend of putin;
• Vladimir Tabak, CEO of Dialog, responsible for campaigns to support putin, PR for the rssian Ministry of Defence, attempts to interfere in the US presidential election, and the creation of fakes about Ukraine;
• Alexander Dugin, a member of the Izborsk Club and the main ideologue of the russian World;
• Kristina Potupchik, owner of a network of russian pro-government Telegram channels, is one of the main contractors of the russian presidential administration for spreading propaganda on social media and messengers.

The section "Ships" has been expanded with the "Shadow Fleet" functionality
12.12.2024
The "Shadow Fleet" tab has been added to the "Marine vessels" section. It contains information on 238 "figures" in the shadow fleet of old oil tankers, which provides multibillion-dollar revenues to aggressors and threatens global environmental safety.
Currently, such tankers can be filtered by the main operators that emerged in 2022-2023 and played a key role in the formation of the Russian shadow fleet and ensuring the transportation of russian oil under sanctions. These are companies and vessels associated with the russian company Sovcomflot, Gatik Ship Management (India), Fractal Marine DMCC (UAE), Radiating World Shipping Services LLC (UAE), Star Voyages Shipping Services LLC (UAE), Hennesea Holdings Limited, and others. For your convenience, you can also filter tankers by sanctions regime (russia or Iran) and applicable restrictions. In addition, the section allows you to track who currently owns and operates the shadow fleet.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, russia has spent about $10 billion to create its own shadow fleet.
The shadow fleet is made up mainly of outdated, poorly maintained vessels without proper insurance, with ‘confusing’ ownership and management structures, located in ‘friendly’ jurisdictions, flying ‘convenient’ flags. Such vessels resort to deceptive tactics at sea to conceal the origin of their cargo, threaten ‘environmental chaos’ and billions of dollars in losses to coastal countries due to the growing risk of disasters when navigating busy narrow international transport routes, and refuse pilotage services. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, more than 50 incidents involving shadow tankers have already been reported from the Danish Straits to Malaysia.
Exports of fossil fuels are a key source of funding for the aggressors' military buildup and feeding the “bloody” regimes. In 2023, russia earned $188 billion from oil exports, while Iran earned almost $53 billion.

COMPONENTS IN WEAPONS:
The components have been published:
• The Molniya UAV is an airplane-type strike unmanned aerial vehicle launched from a special catapult and guided to the target by an operator like an FPV drone. The UAV has a flight range of up to 40 km and a warhead of up to 5 kg. It has a fairly simple design and cheap, mostly Chinese, components. The labelling of the electric motor, flight controller, camera, and most electronic components corresponds to Chinese manufacturers - FATJAY, SpeedyBee, Caddx, Huayi Microelectronics, Trex Technologies, etc. In addition, the UAV uses components from STMicroelectronics, Vishay, Rubycon and others.
• The Fenix UAV is a reconnaissance UAV that its developer, Russia's TAIP LLC, calls a ‘evolution of the Orlan-10’. It contains components labelled by manufacturers from five countries - the United States, Switzerland, China, the Netherlands, and Taiwan. Most of them - 7 components - are labelled STMicroelectronics.
• Thermal imaging surveillance device TPN-1NM - contains components from the USA, China, Taiwan.

COMPONENTS IN WEAPONS:
North Korea has supplied russia with more than a hundred ballistic missiles and sent specialists to support the launchers.
For the first time, russia used KN-23/KN-24 on the territory of Ukraine at the end of 2023. Civilians in both frontline and distant regions of Ukraine have repeatedly become victims of such attacks. On 2 January, a rocket hit a Kyiv high-rise building, killing four people. On 11 August, a four-year-old boy and his father were killed and three other people were injured by the fragments of such a missile in Kyiv region.
The portal has previously published information on components from 19 manufacturers from seven countries (the United States, China, Japan, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland) identified in the KN-23/KN-24 missiles used by russia against Ukraine. Among them are NXP Semiconductors, Semtech Corporation, Toshiba, and Mornsun.
New components from the PRC, the USA, Japan, the UK, and Switzerland have been announced today. At least one of them - a voltage converter labelled by the British manufacturer XP Power - was manufactured after the start of the full-scale invasion - in February 2023.
Additionally, components of a Shahed-136/Geran-2 UAV with the russian-assembled Ы-954 number were published.
