The data on 31 oil tankers were published, including:
- 20 new oil tankers of the russian "shadow fleet" o, which, without proper Western insurance, provide russian maritime export flows of oil/oil products from ports in the Baltic, Black Seas, from the Arctic and Pacific regions to India, China, and other third countries, using deceptive, high-risk shipping practices;
- 11 vessels of the Iranian "ghost armada", which provide significant oil revenues, thanks to which Iran continues to develop and proliferate weapons, to conduct destabilising activities, including through its regional proxies.

110 cultural assets appropriated by russians during archaeological excavations from 2014 to 2025 in temporarily occupied Crimea have been published.They were discovered by the occupiers during illegal archaeological excavations at the following sites: Arteziansky Settlement, Genoese Fortress of Chembalo, and the Southern Suburb of Chersonesus Taurica.
Information has also been released regarding cultural values from the territory of the Kadykovske site (a Roman camp), where the occupation authorities of Sevastopol plan to build a shopping center, as well as artifacts removed by the aggressor from the National Preserve “Chersonesus Taurica” under the pretext of a temporary exhibition at the Museum of the History of Yekaterinburg.

CHAMPIONS OF TERROR
Together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the data of ten russian athletes, coaches and officials who are actively involved in information and psychological operations against Ukraine, support the kremlin's aggressive policy and at the same time remain part of the world sports environment have been published.
Among them:
- Yana Yegoryan is a russian fencer, lieutenant of the russian armed forces, vice president of the moscow Region Fencing Federation. She represents the central sports club of the russian army (CSKA), subordinated to the ministry of defense of the russian federation, and is also an ambassador of the all-russian public movement for the promotion of patriotic and sports education of citizens "Healthy Fatherland", which operates, among other things, in the temporarily occupied territiories of Ukraine.
- Alina Zagitova is a russian figure skater, correspondent and presenter of Channel One, ambassador of the russian oil company TATNEFT, who openly supported and personally participated in the vote on the amendments to the russian constitution that allowed putin to be re-elected for two more terms. She visited the temporarily occupied Crimea, and in 2024 publicly expressed support for putin's decision to nominate him as a candidate for the presidential election.
- Kliment Kolesnikov is a russian swimmer, senior physical training and sports instructor of a sports team at the central district of the russian national guard, and holds a military rank.
Yevgeny Baidusov is a russian Greco-Roman wrestler, participant of the 2023 CIS Games and the 2025 European Wrestling Championships in Albania. He is a member of the russian national Greco-Roman wrestling team. He has repeatedly used Z-symbols to popularize the russian invasion of Ukraine, and has also visited the temporarily occupied Crimea, publicly stating that he considers Simferopol and Crimea to be part of russia.
- Aram Grigoryan is a russian judoka, member of the russian national judo team, member of the Dynamo sports club, known for his affiliation with the russian internal affairs and state security agencies, and a fundraiser for the needs of russian military formations.
- Ilya Burov is a russian freestyle skater, member of the russian olympic freestyle team, private in a sports company and instructor at the central sports club of the russian army (CSKA) in Sevastopol, subordinated to the russian ministry of defense. He openly demonstrates pro-russian pseudo-patriotic symbols, publicly supports the russian authorities in the "fight against Nazism" and calls for "protecting the russian-speaking population, citizens of his country."

159 new oil tankers, most of which are part of the so-called "shadow" fleet of the russian federation. Among them are vessels that are part of the chain of supply of russian oil/oil products to third countries established in the area near Greece and Cyprus with the help of the IMO tanker 9247443 and its "donors". The 22-year-old IMO arthamax tanker 9247443, which has no Western insurance, has been operating as a transshipment floating STS hub for russian oil near European countries since July 2024, delivered by other tankers mainly from russian ports in the Black Sea for transshipment near Cyprus and Greece.
