V. Roditelev, as Chief Engineer of the enterprise, organizes the technological production cycle for components used in airborne weapon systems that are employed by russia in its aggressive war against Ukraine, including strikes against civilian targets that have resulted in civilian deaths and injuries.
In particular, under his technical supervision, the plant manufactures fuselages, wings, and airframes for Kh-101 strategic missiles, as well as Kh-59M2 and Kh-58UShK air-launched missiles.
