Today, the kremlin is waging war not only with missiles, tanks and guns. The information war does not have a clearly defined front line. By investing significant resources in it, the russian authorities are trying to destabilize Ukraine and the world, influence political processes and shape public opinion in different regions of the planet in their own invasive interests.
russian propaganda supports violence, justifies aggression and war crimes, uses dehumanization and hatred of Ukraine as fuel for war, argues Ukraine’s ability to continue the fight. It has faces that the whole world needs to know – to know in order to block, impose sanctions, deny entry, close bank accounts, and cease all cooperation.
The aggressor`s propaganda troops have no place in the civilized world!

SADULAIEV Herman Umaraliievych
russian writer and journalist, member of the Communist party of the russian federation, member of the all-russian public creative organization "Union of russian Writers", co-founder of the "Union of February 24" association
A russian writer, propagandist, and public supporter of the russian federation’s armed aggression against Ukraine.
Since 2013, he has been a member of the All-russian public creative organization "Union of Writers of russia," which openly supports the kremlin’s policies, particularly the aggression against Ukraine. He is also a co-founder of the "Union of February 24," an association of pro-government cultural figures who publicly support the war.
He actively uses his Telegram channel, "German Sadulaev," to systematically support and justify the russian invasion and deny Ukraine’s sovereignty. In particular, in his public statements, he calls Ukraine’s independence a "mistake" and calls for the elimination of Ukrainian statehood. He promotes narratives about the need for the "denazification" and "demilitarization" of Ukraine, spreads claims about "neo-Ukrainian Nazism," and calls for the complete occupation of its territory.
In his public speeches and posts, he dehumanizes the Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian state. In particular, in a video address on the russian online video hosting platform ruTube, he called Ukraine a "terrorist state," and in an interview with the russian publication "Argumenty i Fakty" in December 2022, he characterized "modern Bandera-style Ukrainianism" as a "totalitarian sect, an anti-system chimera" that "wants a new birth in Satan."
In 2024, Sadulaev published the novel "No One Will Take This Life" ("Никто не выVOZит эту жизнь" ) in the series "Cultural Space of Donbas" under the patronage of Zakhar Prilepin. The work has been recommended by the "Defenders of the fatherland" Foundation for distribution in russian schools and libraries.

NORIN Evgeny Alexandrovich
NORIN Evgeny Alexandrovich
russian journalist, writer and columnist, military historian and popularizer
He is an active participant in russia’s information war against Ukraine as a propagandist and author of articles and books on military conflicts of the 20th and 21st centuries. In the public sphere, he presents himself as an independent expert, but in reality he is an active tool of russian propaganda.
He conveys his anti-Ukrainian stance through collaboration with russian media and publishers, as well as through his own media platforms. In particular, he has described events in eastern Ukraine from a pro-russian perspective in books such as "The Day Ukraine Wavered: The Ilovaisk Meat Grinder," "Battle of the Year: The Defense of Saur-Mogila," "The Fall of Donetsk Airport: How It Happened," and "The Fortress of Sloviansk."
Since the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022, he has actively disseminated propaganda narratives to justify russia’s aggression. In his articles and speeches, he openly promotes the kremlin’s talking points, calling the so-called "special military operation" a necessary action, criticizing Ukraine’s actions, and using propaganda clichés such as "the genocide of the russian people in Donbas." In addition, in his public statements, he claimed that the russian command’s main mistake was allegedly "pity for the Ukrainian Armed Forces."
A significant portion of his writings is based on the manipulation of historical facts, which shapes a simplified and one-sided view of military and political events, fully in line with the russian federation’s official narratives. Thus, Norin is a classic example of an informal media figure who, through his respectable image as a military historian, exerts informational and psychological influence on public opinion—a typical mechanism of russian cognitive warfare.
Since the start of the armed aggression in 2014, he has openly supported pro-russian forces. He organized fundraisers, participated in the transport of so-called humanitarian aid to militants, and has repeatedly visited the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine
