SHVYKOV Viktor Vladimirovich

A former employee of the ministry of internal affairs of the russian federation who, after his dismissal, became involved in activities related to illegal armed groups and the information and propaganda apparatus of the aggressor state.
Known as a militant of the private military company "Wagner" under the call sign "Fidel" and as a person associated with the main directorate of the general staff of the russian armed forces. He is also noted as one of the founders and president of the "Foundation for veterans of combat operations and participants in armed conflicts," whose activities are linked to supporting individuals involved in armed conflicts.
He participated in combat operations and was present in zones of armed conflict, specifically in the North Caucasus in 1998–2000, in Syria, and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. He holds the status of a combat veteran.
He is the owner and administrator of the Telegram channel "REVERSE SIDE OF THE MEDAL" (RSOTM), which is linked to Wagner-affiliated information networks. The channel’s content includes anti-Ukrainian rhetoric, materials from combat zones, and posts aimed at promoting the activities of the Wagner Group.
The RSOTM Telegram channel is used as a platform to provide informational support for the armed aggression against Ukraine. The channel publishes photos and videos from the combat zone, hosts live broadcasts featuring pro-russian figures, and organizes fundraisers for individuals involved in the combat operations.
He is also involved in the creation and distribution of commercial products bearing the Wagner Group logo and the RSOTM brand, including clothing, patches, and printed materials. These products are sold through online platforms formally registered to individuals associated with Shvykov.
