Everyone involved in the deportation and forced displacement of Ukrainian children must be made known to the world and brought to justice. These include decision-makers, leaders of paramilitary and patriotic youth organisations, camps and educational programmes that "re-educate" children, and employees of russian educational and cultural institutions who carry out indoctrination.
Illegal deportation and forced displacement of children are war crimes, and their forced transfer to russian citizenship, change of personal status (name, date and place of birth, information about parents, etc.) and "re-education" are part of the cultural genocide of Ukrainians committed by the enemy.
At least 20,000 Ukrainian children have been abducted by russia from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. And these are only the known cases: russia does not provide information about deported children not only to Ukraine but also to international organisations, blocks humanitarian access to the occupied territories and places of detention, making it impossible to record crimes. Children are prevented from returning. They are hidden and moved deeper into russia. Every day, they continue to be deported, separated from their families in the occupation and subjected to programmes and policies that destroy Ukrainian national identity.
Use the Portal`s data to open and conduct investigations as soon as possible and bring the perpetrators to justice. Boycott the aggressor`s educational and cultural communities that are complicit in cultural genocide.
Be the voice of the abducted Ukrainian children, tell about them at every opportunity - this way you will help to save them and bring them back home.

Organizers of the deportation
She supports and implements putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation and the "integration" of children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into russia's unified cultural and educational space and system of civic-patriotic education. She enforces putin's aggressive policy of forcibly relocating (deporting) Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine under the pretext of "health and recreation" to russian regions, with the aim of promoting messages about russia's "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals. She is involved in the placement of Ukrainian orphans from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into russian families.

In February 2022, she met with Ukrainian citizens from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine who were placed in the "Sokol" sanatorium-preventorium (59 people, including 28 children aged 2 to 17) in the Saratov region of the russian federation. Together with the head of the Parents' Council under the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Saratov region, members of the Children's Public Council, and a representative of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the region, she held a meeting with children from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions at a children's health facility in the Pugachev district of the Saratov region, officially stating that the camp housed Ukrainian children aged 6 to 16. It is known that the camp accommodated 90 children from the temporarily occupied city of Donetsk and 100 children from the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions.

In June 2023, she officially stated that 804 people from the temporarily occupied Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions were in temporary accommodation centers in the region, including 227 Ukrainian children. She also stated that 48 orphans from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine were in the Saratov region, 33 of whom were in orphanages (the fate of the other orphans was not specified by the commissioner). She organized, coordinated, and supervised the placement of three forcibly relocated Ukrainian teenagers into russian families in Saratov.
