As a representative of the legislative and executive bodies of the region, he supports and ensures the implementation of Putin's policy regarding the deportation of Ukrainian citizens, including the number of Ukrainian children who were moved from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the territory of the russian federation, the "integration" of children from the TOT of Ukraine into a single cultural and educational space and the system of civic and patriotic education of the Russian Federation.
As of December 2022, more than 1,000 children from TOT of Ukraine are enrolled in kindergartens of the Rostov region, more than 5,300 students, more than 500 students are enrolled in schools.
According to the report of the government of the Rostov region for 2022, children's camps accepted more than 2.2 thousand children from the "territories of Donbas and Ukraine", and 1,184 children "without legal representatives" were transferred to temporary care. At the same time, according to the data of the Ministry of Education of the region for 2022, 534 children were transferred to care. More than 500 pupils of orphanages and boarding schools, "evacuated from Donbas", were accommodated in the "Romashka" sports and recreation complex in the Rostov region.
