BASTRYKIN Alexander Ivanovich

As the head of the Coordination Council for the provision of so-called "assistance" to the children of Ukraine, he supports and implements putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. He is involved in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation through the so-called "evacuation" to temporary accommodation centers, organization of "rehabilitation, recreation and training" in the territory of the russian federation.
The Investigative Committee of the russian federation, under the leadership of Bastrykin, is re-educating, indoctrinating and militarizing children deported from the TOT of Ukraine to the territory of the russian federation.
In addition, pursuant to Bastrykin's order of 2023, the Investigative Committee of the russian federation is engaged in the return of children of Donbas "illegally adopted by foreigners."
The Coordination Council for the provision of so-called "assistance" to children of Ukraine, headed by Bastrykin, provides adaptation to russian educational standards, psychological support and mentoring to children in the TOT of Ukraine.
