As the head of the government of the Primorsky Krai, which acts in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12.03.2022 No. 349 regarding the distribution of citizens from Ukraine among the subjects of the Russian Federation, bears direct responsibility for the policy of the Russian Federation regarding the forced resettlement of citizens of Ukraine to the territory of the Russian Federation, namely for illegal placement "refugees", in particular children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, on the territory of the region. In total, the government of the Primorsky Krai has set up 14 temporary accommodation points for Ukrainian refugees. In particular, more than 80 children arrived from the temporarily occupied Mariupol to the village of Wrangel, Nakhodka City District. It is reported that the children were immediately placed in educational institutions with a Russian educational program.
Cooperates with the Russian youth movement "Movement of the First" in the area of ​​"patriotic" youth education, promotes indoctrination, militarization and integration into the educational and cultural space of Russia of children and youth from the occupied territories. In particular, in the schools of the Primorsky Krai, it is planned to use notebooks with the image of Russian servicemen - members of the crew of the "Alyosha" tank, who fought against Ukraine in the Zaporozhye direction as part of the 127th motorized rifle division of the 5th combined army of the Russian Federation.
