As the Chairman of the Government of Primorsky Krai, acting in accordance with Resolution of the Government of the russian federation No. 349 dated 12.03.2022 on the distribution of citizens from Ukraine among the subjects of the russian federation, you are responsible for russia's policy on the forced resettlement of Ukrainian citizens to the territory of the russian federation. This includes the illegal placement of "refugees," including children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in the territory of the Krai. The government of Primorsky Krai has set up a total of 14 temporary accommodation points for Ukrainian "refugees." For example, more than 80 children arrived in the settlement of Wrangel in the Nakhodka urban district from the temporarily occupied Mariupol. It is reported that the children were immediately enrolled in educational institutions with russian educational programs.

Also collaborate with the russian youth movement "Movement of the First" in terms of "patriotic" education of youth, contributing to indoctrination, militarization, and integration into russia's educational and cultural space of children and youth from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In particular, the use of notebooks depicting russian military personnel - members of the crew of the tank "Alesha" who fought against Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia direction as part of the 127th Motor Rifle Division of the 5th Combined Arms Army of the russian federation - is planned in schools in Primorsky Krai.
