Closely cooperates with the occupation authorities of the so-called "LPR". Thus, with the support of Parfyonov and on the initiative of the Institute for the Development of Education of the Irkutsk Region, in the framework of cooperation with the so-called "Ministry of Education and Science of the LPR" a documentary film "Happy People" was shot about the teachers of the so-called "LPR".
