As the Minister of Youth Policy of the Irkutsk Region, bears responsibility for putin's policy of forcibly relocating (evacuating) Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the territory of the russian federation. Facilitates the integration of Ukrainian children into the unified cultural-educational space and the system of civic-patriotic education, eradication of Ukrainian identity, changes in national self-identification, and imposition of the 'russian world' ideology. In particular, participated in organizing 'educational-cultural events' for forcibly relocated children from the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk Region to the territory of russia.
In the course of youth policy activities, closely collaborates with russian youth 'patriotic' movements and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh). In particular, on May 13-14, 2023, was a speaker at the forum of the 'Young Guard of United russia' movement titled 'Generation Z Voter.' The educational program of the forum aimed at training the Young Guard's cadre reserve for participation in election campaigns, working in the so-called 'new regions of russia,' interacting with students, working in the media sphere, and included lectures on the dynamics of public opinion before and after the so-called 'Special Military Operation' (SMO), political technologies, and activities in the 'liberated' territories.
