It systematically spreads anti-Ukrainian propaganda, legitimizes the occupation of Ukrainian territories and russian war crimes, discredits the Ukrainian army and glorifies the russian armed forces.
In his comments to russian media, he discredits the Ukrainian military, accusing them of shelling and killing civilians. He justifies the occupation of Ukrainian territories, claiming that Ukrainians under occupation allegedly "did not vote at gunpoint", "went to vote with hope" and "believe in a future as part of russia". He also stated that "in Ukraine, they did not particularly care about the rights of citizens and justice, while in russia, a person is the highest value".
As a military commissar, he repeatedly visited the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and military units of the russian armed forces on the front line. In his materials, he claimed, among other things, that the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant was allegedly blown up by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
While in the temporarily occupied Crimea, he held meetings with children, spreading russian propaganda among minors. In particular, during the Znanie.Heroes forum in Sevastopol, Georgiev said that "the Ukrainian Armed Forces are allegedly targeting women, children, and the elderly. Against this background, the mood is changing" and that "people see that russia has come for a long time and seriously".
He is a winner of the Crimean Journalist of the Year award in the nominations "Military Correspondent" and "Military Correspondent of the Year", and was awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor" and the medal of the Ministry of Defense "Participant of a Special Military Operation" for "indifference, support, mutual assistance and active assistance, organization, delivery of equipment, gear, equipment and inventory to mobilized servicemen performing combat missions in the area of the SMO".
