ZHULIDOV Evgeny Mikhailovich

russian military serviceman, propagandist, and chief administrator of the russian propaganda Telegram channel Archangel Spetsnaz, an active participant in the information war against Ukraine. His activities are related to the systematic spread of disinformation, hate speech, calls for violence, and justification of russian war crimes.
From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he has been engaged in informational support of hostilities, publishing fakes, intimidating Ukrainian military and civilians, and calling for the massacre of prisoners. The channel regularly publishes videos of interrogations, footage of the destruction of Ukrainian equipment, propaganda plots, and messages denying russian war crimes.
Through the channel Archangel Spetsnaz, Zhulidov spreads typical kremlin narratives such as "the Ukrainian state is fake", "the authorities in Kyiv are fascist", "the Armed Forces of Ukraine are hiding behind civilians". Popularizes the images of "heroes of SMO", in particular the Gostomel operation, in which he allegedly participated.
The channel Archangel Spetsnaz is actively used as a tool of the IPsO: in critical moments of the war, it disseminates the position of the russian military-political leadership, mobilization propaganda, agitation and information campaigns against prisoners and defenders of Ukraine. It also conducts fundraising for the needs of the russian military.
