Justification
Vessel information
During the G7 and EU oil embargo and price cap policy on russian crude oil/petroleum products, the tanker is involved in the export of russian crude oil/petroleum products to third countries.
The vessel is owned to the sanctioned russian leading construction company Transstroy LLC, operating in the Arctic and northern regions of russia for the implementation of large-scale energy projects in the russian federation. Among the customers are PJSC Lukoil, PJSC Novatek, PJSC Severalmaz, PJSC AK Alrosa, State Corporation Rosatom, JSC Rosgeologiya, JSC Ekspeditsiya № 2, JSC Sovfracht, and others.
In May 2024, USA imposed sanctions on the vessels of Transstroy LLC, which are actively used by russian companies engaged in the industrial development of the Arctic coast.
Since September 12, 2025, the United Kingdom has imposed sanctions on the vessel.
Since October 24, 2025, the EU has imposed sanctions on the vessel.
In November 2025, Canada imposed sanctions on the vessel.
Since December 13, 2025, Switzerland has imposed sanctions on the vessel.
Since December 13, 2025, Ukraine has imposed sanctions on the vessel.
