Vessel information
The tanker is involved in the export of russian crude oil/petroleum products from russian ports during the period of the G7 and EU oil embargo and the price cap policy on russian crude oil/petroleum products, in particular, in 2023 and 2025.
In June 2023, the tanker was involved in the export of gasoil from the russian port of Tuapse, with Amur Trading FZCO as the sender and Tejarinaft FZCO as the recipient. TThere is a production complex in Tuapse belonging to the sanctioned Rosneft - the Tuapse Refinery with a marine terminal.
In 2025, the vessel rejoined the export of russian crude oil/petroleum products, in particular from the Sheskharis terminal, which is a transshipment complex, the end point of the main pipelines of Chernomortransneft JSC (TIN: 2315072242, under USA sanctions), a subsidiary of the sanctioned russian Transneft PJSC (TIN: 7706061801). In particular, on January 30, 2025, the tanker IMO 9167150 began conducting dark activities in the Ukrainian EEZ, appeared 16 days later in the Turkish EEZ, indicating the route Kavkaz port (russia) - Kalamata port (Greece). On February 17, 2025, the route was changed from the port of Kalamata to the port of Pylos. On February 18, 2025, the vessel began to drift in Greek waters near Pylos. On February 20, 2025, the tanker made an STS transfer with the VLCC-class tanker IMO 9402732 affiliated with the Indian company Gatik Ship Management, one of the leading operators of the so-called "shadow" fleet involved in the transportation of russian crude oil/petroleum products in 2022-2023 under Western sanctions.
