The owner and manager of the vessel is a russian company LLC "Alpha" (TIN 6164106688), which specializes in cargo transportation by inland waterways and international sea routes of bulky, long, voluminous, heavy cargo from the Mediterranean, Black Sea to the Caspian Sea, container board, lumber, roundwood, steel scrap, steel products, coal, coke, bulk iron, iron ore, steel pipes, grain crops, fodder, etc.
Alpha LLC is affiliated with the sanctioned russian company JSC GTLK (TIN 7720261827), the largest leasing company of aviation, water, railway, urban passenger transport in russia, which is included in the list of systemically important organizations of the russian economy and controlled by the ministry of transport of the russian federation.
In April 2023, USA imposed sanctions on vessels (including ІМО 9922134) associated with GTLК and its CEO, Ditrikh Yevgeniy Ivanovich.
The vessel calls at the ports of the TOT of Crimea in 2024 and 2025.
