Vessel information
The vessel calls at ports in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and is involved in the export of russian petroleum products from russian Black Sea ports.
In April 2022, as part of the restrictions imposed on Alfa-Bank JSC, russia's largest private financial institution providing financial services to russian defense industry enterprises, the US imposed sanctions on five ships (including IMO 9683740) affiliated with Alfa-Leasing LLC, a subsidiary of Alfa-Bank JSC.
Since 25.11.2022, the vessel has been owned by the russian shipping company Adamant LLC (TIN 3025003601, Astrakhan) and managed by the russian shipping company BM-Flot LLC (rTIN 3000002959, Astrakhan).
Since September 12, 2025, the United Kingdom has imposed sanctions on the vessel.
In November 2025, Canada imposed sanctions on the vessel.
Since December 19, 2025, the EU has imposed sanctions on the vessel.
Since December 13, 2025, Ukraine has imposed sanctions on the vessel.
