Specifically, in January 2026, the vessel exported over 595,000 barrels of petroleum products from the port of Ust-Luga to Malaysia, where the wet cargo was transferred via STS to tanker IMO 9237620, as well as nearly 397,000 barrels of petroleum products to China.
In October 2025, the tanker exported over 264,000 barrels of petroleum products from the port of Ust-Luga to Malaysia, where the wet cargo was transferred via STS to the tanker IMO 9153513. The seller of the russian petroleum products was PJSC "Oil Company Rosneft."
In August 2025, the vessel exported 594,000 barrels of Urals crude oil from the port of Ust-Luga to India; the seller of the wet cargo was PJSC "Oil Company Rosneft."

In February 2024, the tanker exported more than 705,000 barrels of Urals crude oil from the port of Primorsk to the PRC; the seller of the oil was PJSC "NK "Rosneft."
The tanker belongs to Eurotankers Inc., a company incorporated in January 1990 under the laws of Liberia. Eurotankers Inc. operates under Greek Law A.N. 89/67 and specializes in the management and operation of seagoing vessels (tankers and bulk carriers).
The vessel is involved in the oil sector of the russian federation’s economy, the profits from which are one of the most important sources of revenue for the aggressor state’s budget.
On February 12, 2026, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the tanker as part of restrictions targeting the russian shadow fleet.
