As the Director of the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-45 (Victory Museum), he holds events that legitimise russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and integrate Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
For example, in 2023, the Victory Museum hosted a course on "Modern Trends in the Development of the Museum as an Educational Resource" for museum staff in the temporarily occupied Donetsk to promote russian history among museum visitors.
On 23 June 2023, the museum staff took part in the opening of a school museum in the temporarily occupied Luhansk as part of the all-russian programme "School Museum of Victory".
In December 2024, Shkolnik congratulated the Donetsk Museum of Local Lore, located in the temporarily occupied Donetsk, on its 100th anniversary, noting that the museum "provides in-depth and high-quality work on research and popularisation of historical facts".

As the director of the Polytechnic Museum, he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
In particular, the Polytechnic Museum, under the leadership of Kozhanov, as part of the programme of the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation to create children's centres on the basis of museums in the so-called "new regions", has organised the creation of three children's centres in museums in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region: the Donetsk Republican Museum of Local Lore, the Donetsk Republican Museum of Art and the Makiivka Museum of Art and Local Lore.
In November 2023, Kozhanov personally participated in the opening of the first project under the programme - a children's centre in the Makiivka Museum of Local Lore, which is officially run and resourced by the Polytechnic Museum, where he stated the importance of opening children's research and educational centres not only for the so-called "DNR" but also for the whole of russia.
The Polytechnic Museum also opened a children's centre on 18 April 2024 at the Donetsk Art Museum and on 2 October 2024 at the P. Angelina Memorial Museum in the village of Starobeshevo.

As the director of the Borodino Military History Museum-Reserve, he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
In particular, the Borodino Military History Museum-Reserve, under the leadership of Korneev, opened a children's centre in December 2023 in the Stanytsia Luhanska local history museum under the Ministry of Culture's programme to create children's centres based on museums in the so-called "new regions", which has signs of imposing russian narratives.
Korneev personally took part in the presentation of the children's centre and stressed the need to open children's research and educational centres "here in the new territories".
In addition, in August 2023, Korneev visited the Novopskov District Museum of Local Lore in the temporarily occupied Novopskov, as well as the Luhansk Museum of Local Lore. During the visits, Korneev presented each of the museums with exhibition stands dedicated to the history of the Pskov Dragoon (Kirasyr) Regiment, after which the district centre of Novopskov in the so-called 'LPR' is named. Korneev also presented the museum directors with commemorative medals from the Borodino Museum "For the Preservation of the Cultural and Historical Heritage of russia" as a sign of fruitful cooperation.

As the director of the russian Ethnographic Museum, she cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
In particular, on 5 March 2024, as part of the curatorial programme of the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation, the russian Ethnographic Museum, led by Kupina, opened a Children's Ethnographic Centre in the Berdiansk History and Local Lore and Art Museums. Kupina personally took part in the opening of the centre, which was attended by representatives of the russian Ministry of Culture and the so-called "Ministry of Culture of Zaporizhzhia region".
Also in March 2024, the russian Ethnographic Museum, under Kupina's leadership, held an exposition and educational event "Multinational russia" at the Berdiansk Museum of Local Lore. The event featured, among other things, the russian Ethnographic Museum's project "Multinational Novorossia: Ethnographic Images" and a collection of dolls dressed in the costumes of the peoples of the so-called "Novorossia".

As the director of the Andrii Rublev Central Museum of Old russian Culture and Art, he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
In August 2023, under the leadership of Mindlin and with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation, the exhibition "Faces of the russian Icon" was organised in the temporarily occupied Volnovakha Museum of Local Lore.
Mindlin personally took part in the opening of the exhibition together with the so-called "acting Deputy Head of the DPR Government", "acting Minister of Culture of the DPR", "Head of the Volnovakha District Administration" and the russian Minister of Culture.

As the director of the Kulykove Field State Military History and Nature Museum-Reserve, he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
In December 2023, as part of the russian Ministry of Culture's programme to create children's centres in museums in the so-called "new regions", the Kulykove Field Museum-Reserve, led by Hrytsenko, opened a children's centre in the Starobilsk Museum of Local Lore in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region.

As the director of the Orenburg Regional Museum of Fine Arts, he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
On 25 September 2024, Komlev took part in a meeting of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the so-called 'Donetsk People's Republic' on social policy, preservation and strengthening of traditional russian spiritual and legal values. During the event, he "highlighted the topic of promoting cultural heritage among the younger generation".
In September 2023, a delegation from the Orenburg Museum, led by Komlev, visited the Luhansk Art Museum and the Perevalsk Historical Museum in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region. During the visit, 2 exhibitions of russian artists were opened in the Luhansk Art Museum.
In 2018. Komplev participated in the implementation of the exchange and exhibition project "russia-Donbas. Orenburg-Donetsk" within the framework of the "russia-Donbass" integration programme, having organised an exhibition "Landscapes of Donbass in watercolours" at the Orenburg Museum.

As the director of the Chuvash National Museum, she cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
In March 2024, she took part in the opening of a children's ethnographic centre and an exhibition and educational event of the russian ethnographic museum "Multinational russia" in the Berdiansk Historical and Local Lore and Art Museum, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation and the so-called "Ministry of Culture of Zaporizhzhia Region".
During the event, Menshikova emphasised common roots, culture, values and a common historical path and presented the children's centre with books and interactive guides for working with children's audiences on behalf of the Chuvash National Museum, as well as the Embroidered Map of russia puzzle, which was put together under her supervision by students of Azov State Pedagogical University.

As the director of the Orenburg Governor's Museum of History and Local Lore, he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
Employees of the Orenburg Governor's Museum of History and Local Lore, headed by Ushakov, took an active part in the reconstruction project of the Perevalsky District Historical Museum and its branches in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine as part of the russian federal national project "Culture", as well as selected exhibits and formed an exposition containing, among other things, "evidence of the events of 2014, the beginning of the special military operation".

As Deputy Director for Science at the Lermontov Museum-Reserve "Tarkhany", he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
In December 2023, Kladov led a working visit to the local history museum of the village of Vesele in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region, during which ways were identified to establish cooperation on opening a children's educational centre as part of the federal programme of the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation to create children's centres based on museums in the so-called "new regions".
On the official website of the Tarkhany Museum-Reserve, the museum of Vesele village is positioned as an ideological platform "capable of playing an important role in the integration of new regions into the russian federation".

As Deputy Director for General Affairs of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects. Chepurnoi is actively involved in the opening of Children's Centres in the temporarily occupied territories. Thus, on 23 September 2024, Chepurnoi opened a children's museum centre in the temporarily occupied city of Mykhailivka, Zaporizhzhia region. The centre contains russian propaganda materials brought from Moscow.
Also, on 5 November 2023, Chepurnoi opened a children's centre in the Tokmak City Museum of Local Lore, where he "promised that trips to Moscow would be organised during the holidays for schoolchildren from Tokmak who would be actively involved in the children's centre".
In total, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts opened 7 children's rooms in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

As the director of the Gukovsky Museum of Miners' Labour named after L.I. Mikulin, he cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
The Gukovsky Museum regularly hosts propaganda events aimed at integrating residents of the temporarily occupied territories into russian culture. For example, on 9 April 2024, together with the Young Guard Museum, an exhibition dedicated to the Young Guard was opened in the temporarily occupied town of Sorokine, Luhansk region.
On 5 November 2024, the museum hosted an excursion for children from the temporarily occupied city of Sverdlovsk, Luhansk region, during which the children were introduced to the "russian historical heritage".
