Vnukov is the head of the Crimean New Construction Archaeological Expedition of the Institute of Archaeology of the russian Academy of Sciences, which has been operating in the occupied territories of Ukraine since 2014, and which is held under the auspices and with the support of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science of the russian federation "Institute of Archaeology of the russian Academy of Sciences" (IA RAS). In order to conduct excavations and alienate cultural property, Vnukov annually during 2014-2023 sent requests to the Ministry of Culture of the russian Ffederation to obtain permits (open letters) to organise and conduct such events. Vnukov carried out excavations on the territory of the Ukrainian archaeological monuments "Belyaus Settlement", "Kulchuk Settlement", ‘"Kulchuk Necropolis" (Chornomorsk district, Crimea), on the territory of the "Kara-Tobe Settlement"(Saki, Crimea), and other sites of archaeological monuments of Ukraine in the occupied territory of the Crimean peninsula. Some of the archaeological sites where Vnukov carried out archaeological activities were fully or partially destroyed as part of the occupation authorities' further implementation of infrastructure construction projects.

It is known, that from 2014 to 2019 the mentioned person received 2 permits, and from 2021 to 2023 - 4 permits from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation for illegal archaeological work on the territory of the temporarily occupied peninsula of Crimea.

It is known that since 2023, the person has received permission from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation to carry out illegal archaeological work on the territory of the occupied Crimean peninsula.

It is known, that from 2016 to 2017 this person received 2 permits from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation for illegal archaeological work on the temporarily territory of the occupied Crimean peninsula.

It is known that from 2018 to 2019, the mentioned person received 6 permits, and from 2022 to 2023, 2 permits from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation for illegal archaeological works on the territory of the occupied peninsula of Crimea. The person participated in the excavations: "Leninskoye 8 Settlement", "Small Stone Bridge", "Orta-Eget Ground Burial Ground", "Batalnoye 1 Burial Ground", "Kosh-Kuyu Settlement", "Manitra Settlement", Military Field Camp of Kerch Fortress "Kurgan Nizhny Solnechny II"

It is known that from 2018 to 2019 the mentioned person received 3 permits, and from 2021 to 2022 - 4 permits from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation for illegal archaeological work on the territory of the temporarily occupied peninsula of Crimea. The person participated in the excavations of the site "Kalos-Limen settlement".

It is known that since 2014 the person has received permission from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation to carry out illegal archaeological work on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula. The person participated in the excavations of the site "Chaika settlement".

Under the leadership of this person, the Department of Museums and External Relations of the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation from 02.10.2016 to 08.05.2016 issued at least 76 permits (open letters), according to which employees of institutes controlled by the Russian Federation carried out a number of episodes of illegal archaeological work on the territory of the Crimean peninsula on the sites of the archaeological heritage of Ukraine.

It is known that in 2017 the specified person received 1 permit, and from 2020 to 2023 - 4 permits from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation for illegal archaeological work on the territory of the temporarily occupied peninsula of Crimea.

It is known that from 2014 to 2017 the mentioned person received 8 permits from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation for illegal archaeological works on the territory of the temporarily occupied peninsula of Crimea. The person participated in the excavations of the sites: "Estate", located in the city of Sevastopol, in the upper reaches of Yukharina gully, "The ancient city of Chersonesos Tauric and its Chora".

It is known that from 2014 to 2016, the person received 5 permits from the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation for illegal archaeological works on the territory of the temporarily occupied peninsula of Crimea. The person participated in the excavations of the sites: "Eastern defensive wall of the fortified settlement on the western shore of the Cossack Bay, IV-II centuries BC", "Fortified settlement on the western shore of the Cossack Bay, IV-II century BC".
