She voluntarily cooperated with the occupation authorities, works in the so-called Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Zaporizhzhia region as a leading specialist, and participates in the implementation of the russian projects "Masters of Hospitality" and "Ministry of Content", which are designed to promote the integration of the occupied territories into the "russian cultural space".
It is involved in the process of appropriation of the National Historical and Archaeological Reserve "Kamianna Mohyla", which the occupation authorities turned into a branch of the russian Museum-Reserve "Chersonesos Tauric". Under the guise of "tourism development," Frolova publicly presents the Ukrainian historic site as part of the "russian cultural heritage."
