Reasons
He is a representative of the occupation authorities. Since 2022, he has served as the so-called acting First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Kherson region. In May 2024 he was appointed so-called Minister of Culture of the Kherson region.
He was involved in the looting of museums in the Kherson region, as well as the theft of the ashes of Grigory Potemkin from St. Catherine's Cathedral.
He participated in the occupiers' propaganda activities and directly organized events for russian military holidays.
He is one of the organizers of the exhibition of paintings by Ukrainian artist A. Havdzynskyi at the headquarters of Transneft (Moscow), which were taken from the city art museum of Nova Kakhovka. He directly participated in the opening of this exhibition.
