Reasons
As the director of the Chuvash National Museum, she cooperates with the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promotes the legitimisation of russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and the integration of Ukrainian museums located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the russian cultural space through the implementation of federal cultural and educational projects.
In March 2024, she took part in the opening of a children's ethnographic centre and an exhibition and educational event of the russian ethnographic museum "Multinational russia" in the Berdiansk Historical and Local Lore and Art Museum, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation and the so-called "Ministry of Culture of Zaporizhzhia Region".
During the event, Menshikova emphasised common roots, culture, values and a common historical path and presented the children's centre with books and interactive guides for working with children's audiences on behalf of the Chuvash National Museum, as well as the Embroidered Map of russia puzzle, which was put together under her supervision by students of Azov State Pedagogical University.
