Description:
It has been completely preserved and is a tabletop (mensa) with a diameter of 65 cm. The edge of the slab is decorated with a perimeter carving. The front surface is covered with small incisions. The surface was polished only in one segment, which has relief images of two long rectangular stripes divided by transverse lines into segments. At the ends of the stripes are protrusions-pointers. The images are rulers indicating the total length and proportional parts corresponding to the lengths of a certain metric system.

Description of the incident location
On June 23, 2013, the 37th session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee (WHC) (Phnom Penh, Cambodia) decided to inscribe the Ukrainian cultural site "The Ancient City of Chersonesos Tavriya and its Chora" (5th century BC - 14th century AD) on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Since the site includes not only the ancient city (a settlement within the lines of defensive structures), but also its chora (agricultural district), it consists of seven separate territories located in Sevastopol and its environs 1) the central part (settlement) of Chersonesos Tavriya with an area of 42.8106 hectares; 2) the area of the chora in Yukharyna Gully with an area of 150.6227 hectares; 3) the area of the chora in Berman Gully with an area of 19.5574 hectares; 4) the chora site on Bezymyannya mountain (height) with the area of 17.2941 hectares; 5) the chora site in Streletska beam with the area of 15.2664 hectares; 6) the chora site on the Mayachny peninsula with the area of 13.8240 hectares; 7) the chora site on Cape Vynohradny with the area of 8.1096 hectares. The total area of the site is 259.3752 hectares; the buffer zone is 3,041.0876 hectares.
The ancient city of Chersonesos Tavriya and its chora is an exceptional example of a peripheral center of Greek colonization in the vast Mediterranean region. It was a kind of gateway for Greek influence on the northern lands of Crimea and Scythia. The city has retained its layout according to the system of the ancient Greek architect and philosopher Hippodamus of Miletus, which was used in the middle of the fourth century BC. This city layout has existed there for 2000 years almost unchanged.
After the occupation of the peninsula, persons controlled by the russian federation regularly carry out illegal construction and reconstruction on the site. In particular, observation decks, an open-air theater that put pressure on archaeological sites, or other construction work that destroys the archaeological cultural layer.
