JOINT-STOCK COMPANY MIKRON

The company is one of russia's largest manufacturers and exporters of microelectronic products. It runs russia's only serial production of microelectronics with a topology down to 90 nm and is a resident of the Technopolis moscow special economic zone.
It is part of the Element group of companies, which is part of the Ruselectronics JSC holding company, a subsidiary of the russian state corporation Rostec.
Among the company's products are electronic components used in the 9M723 "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles, in particular:
- 1533TM2 D-triggers;
- digital transistor logic integrated circuit with schottky diodes;
- SAP5 and 533LE1 microchips.
As part of the cooperation on the production of the Kh-101 missiles, it produced electronic components (169AA1 and 533LL1OSM microchips, 572PA2 12-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converters, and 533AP6OSM eight-channel bidirectional converters), which are part of the missile's EVM K003 unit.
As part of the cooperation on the production of the 9M727 cruise missile, part of the Iskander-K operational-tactical missile system, it produces:
- 556RT2.2112 programmable logic arrays and 133LN3A.2227 buffer inverters for the BT692-405 board, part of the Zarya-61M onboard digital computer;
- 512PS11.2343 converters and 550UP1.2237 power amplifiers for the board of the air pressure measurement system (SIVD) unit;
- 533LA9.1410 four-input logic elements and 530LN2.1506 inverters for the KLIV.467562.0029 board, part of the GIB-123-4 inertial navigation system.
