Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia through a demonstrative presentation of humanitarian aid distribution, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary placement centers, organizing "rehabilitation, leisure, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine with the aim of spreading information about the "peaceful and humanitarian" goals of russia, trying to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Implements the educational program "University Profile Educational Changes" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the russian federation, within the framework of which illegal removal of Ukrainian children to russian regions takes place.
