STATE AUTONOMOUS CULTURAL INSTITUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW "MOSCOW AGENCY FOR RECREATION AND TOURISM"

A tour operator that organizes children's trips as part of the all-russian project "Cultural Map 4+85", within the framework of which children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are taken to the russian federation for excursions to famous russian cities with the aim of their integration into the russian socio-cultural space. As stated on the website of the organization "Roskontsert", the project "is an effective mechanism for socio-cultural rehabilitation and integration of the younger generation into a unified russian society". Since 2023, more than 10 thousand children from the TOT of Ukraine have been involved in the project.
