Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to points of temporary placement, organizing "recreation, rest, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine with the purpose of spreading information about the "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children. Utilizes its premises (Gagarin Children's Health Camp) as points of temporary placement for unlawfully transported children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia.
