Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, in the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation facilities, organizing "rehabilitation, rest, and education" on the territory of russia or areas temporarily under its control in order to promote the "peaceful and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportations and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
