Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia through the demonstrative presentation of humanitarian aid distribution, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation facilities, organizing "rehabilitation, rest, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine for the purpose of spreading information about russia's "peaceful and humanitarian" goals, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacemaker" to cover up mass deportations and genocide of Ukrainians and their children. Implemented the project "Children - Our Future," involving the illegal relocation of 400 Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk Oblast jointly with the administration of the president of russia, the Ministry of Sports of russia, and the so-called "Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the DPR" to the territories of the Republics of Adygea and Kalmykia, Krasnodar Krai, Astrakhan, Vologda, and Rostov Oblasts, as well as the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (August 2023).
