Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia through the demonstrative presentation of humanitarian aid distribution, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation facilities, organizing "rehabilitation, rest, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine, with the aim of spreading information about the "peaceful and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacemaker" to cover up mass deportations and genocide of Ukrainians and their children. Utilizes its premises as a temporary accommodation point for unlawfully transported children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia.
