ALL-RUSSIAN PUBLIC MOVEMENT "VOLUNTEERS OF VICTORY"

Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called 'evacuation' of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to points of temporary placement, organizing 'recreation, rest, and education' on the territory of russia or ТОТ of Ukraine with the purpose of spreading information about the 'peacekeeping and humanitarian' goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a 'peacekeeping country' to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
In 2024, together with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the russian federation and russian Railways, the so-called Victory Train, a museum in the form of a 10-car train, was launched in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Visitors to this museum are mainly children. the exposition forms an emotional connection with the war, which contributes to the militarisation of consciousness and loyalty to the military policy of the russian federation.
