Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation centers, organizing "rehabilitation, leisure, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine to spread information about the "peaceful and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportations and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Utilizes its premises as temporary accommodation points for unlawfully transported Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia.
