Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation centers, organizing "rehabilitation, leisure, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine with the aim of spreading information about the "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Actively involves children living in orphanages in russia, including children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in "patriotic" flash mobs, "military-patriotic events" aimed at manipulating and involving children in supporting russia's war against Ukraine, using a sense of belonging as one of the leverage points to pressure children, leveraged by russian propaganda.
