Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation centers, the organization of "rehabilitation, leisure, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine with the aim of spreading information about the "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Implemented the "Good Deeds" project, which involves providing "psychological assistance to Ukrainian citizens, children, and adolescents from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, who due to incomplete psychological processes, may react very painfully to the situation, may be prone to depression, despair, or susceptible to provocative influences" and is aimed at adapting Ukrainians to the new living conditions in russia in accordance with russian legislation to erase their Ukrainian cultural identity and assimilate them into russian society.
