Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation centers, the organization of "rehabilitation, leisure, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine with the aim of spreading information about the "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Implements the "Assistance to Orphaned Children of Donbas" project, which involves "improving the quality of life for orphaned children of Donbas (the so-called 'LNR and DNR') and their/foster families through organizing social support and comprehensive assistance" aimed at eradicating Ukrainian identity, changing national self-identification, imposing the ideology of the "russian world," undergoing the "homeland change process," and imposing narratives of russian propaganda.
