FOUNDATION-ОPERATOR OF PRESIDENTIAL GRANTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL SOCIETY

Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation centers, the organization of "rehabilitation, leisure, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine with the aim of spreading information about the "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Additionally, allocates funding for a range of projects aimed at abduction of Ukrainian children to eradicate Ukrainian identity, change national self-identification, impose the ideology of the "russian world," undergo the "homeland change process," and impose narratives of russian propaganda (projects such as "Helping Orphaned Children of Donbas," "To the Sources," "Good Deeds," "Preparing to Defend the Motherland").
