Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation centers, organizing "rehabilitation, rest, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine, aiming to spread information about the "peaceful and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children. Takes part in a pseudo-humanitarian action of the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the president of russia "Children - into hands", within which illegal transportation of Ukrainian children to russian regions takes place.
