Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstrating the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation centers, organizing "rehabilitation, rest, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine with the aim of spreading information about the "peaceful and humanitarian" goals of russia, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children. Implements the project "Classy Country," within which illegal export of Ukrainian children to russian regions takes place.
