Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation points, and the organization of "health improvement, recreation, and education" on the territory of the russian federation or TOT of Ukraine to spread information about the "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals of the russian federation, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up the mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Implements the project "Children of Donbas," within the framework of which the illegal removal of Ukrainian children to russian regions takes place.
