NPC VIGSTAR JSC

The company is a developer of military radio engineering systems and communication equipment. It produces ground-based, ship-based, airborne, rail-based, and vehicle-based satellite communication systems, as well as information processing systems for relay satellites. Under state contracts, it repairs and supplies satellite communication stations for the ministry of defense of russia.
It is owned by NIIAA JSC, which is part of United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation JSC – the managing organization of the Ruselectronics JSC holding company, a subsidiary of the russian state corporation Rostec.
In June 2013 and April 2022, the enterprise received licenses No. 002782 VVT-OPR and No. L052-00102-77/00140245 from the russian ministry of industry and trade for the development, production, and maintenance of weapons and military equipment.
As part of the cooperation on the production of the Su-57 multirole fighter jet, it develops the S-111 Polet onboard communication systems.
