JOINT-STOCK COMPANY RAMENSKY INSTRUMENT-MAKING PLANT

The plant specializes in the production of high-precision navigation instruments and systems for russian aviation. It takes part in creating 4+ and 5th generation avionics, and in projects to equip new and modernized aircraft and helicopters, including the Su-35S, Su-57, MiG-29, and MiG-35, and the S-70 Okhotnik UAV, with flight and navigation instruments and systems. The plant is expanding production of strapdown inertial navigation systems (BINS units) for aircraft. In April 2023, the enterprise received license No. 002109 VVT-OPR from the russian ministry of industry and trade for the development, production, and maintenance of weapons and military equipment.
It is part of Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies JSC (KRET JSC), a subsidiary of the russian state corporation Rostec.
As part of the cooperation on the production of Kh-59M2/Kh-59M2A guided air missiles, it manufactures and supplies JSC ITT with electronic modules (BPS-6; BPN-25; CPS-14; F-43; SKR-3 Plug; SKR-3 Socket), which are part of the BINS-M2 system.
As part of the cooperation on the production of Orion UAVs, it participates in the production of BINS-RT-03 onboard inertial navigation systems, which are part of the UAVs flight and navigation equipment.
As part of the cooperation on the production of Su-34 fighter-bombers, it supplies RPKB JSC with BRP-2 memory expansion units, RM-41 components, US-34M airspeed indicators, and PS-2ZhKM control panels for the 10VE-L97 test benches. In addition, the plant manufactures other components for these aircraft, namely the BKV-2V platform-less heading indicators, the INS-2000-01 inertial navigation systems, RM-71-2 products, the SBKV-2V platform-less heading indicator systems, and INP-R navigation and planning backup indicators.
As part of the cooperation on the production of the 72V6 combat vehicle of the Pantsir-S1 air defence system (and its modifications), the company supplies the BINS2M-S-03 platform-independent inertial navigation systems.
As part of the cooperation on the production of Su-35S multi-role fighters, it supplies JSC "NPP "Zvezda" BA-2 automation systems under the relevant government contract.
