Reasons
Centre for testing unmanned aerial systems, a project of the Moscow Innovation Cluster (MIC) and the Skolkovo Foundation. The project is being implemented as part of the integration of unmanned aviation into the unified airspace of the russian federation, prepared by the ministry of transport.
The centre will be responsible for the selection of participants, admission of pilots and aircraft, safety, and monitoring of the technical condition of equipment and personnel qualifications.
