The vessel is involved in schemes to steal Ukrainian grain from the TOT of Ukraine and is affiliated with the russian company Don LLC (TIN: 7702455026), CEO of which is Alexander Cao (TIN: 500308318544). Cao is also CEO of the russian company Kama LLC (TIN: 9702011017, IMO 6141739), which is the technical manager of the vessel IMO 9203710, which calls at the ports of the TOT of Crimea of Ukraine and is involved in the theft of Ukrainian grain and its export to Syria and Turkey.
