The vessel is involved in the theft of Ukrainian grain from the TOT of Ukraine, calls at the ports of the TOT of Ukraine, in particular, in January 2025, it called at the port of Feodosia (TOT of Crimea of Ukraine). Since April 2022, the vessel has been systematically engaged in dark activities in the Kerch Strait, ports in the Sea of Azov, and the ports of Feodosia and Kerch.
The vessel is affiliated with the sanctioned russian company GTLC JSC (TIN: 7720261827), a state transport leasing company controlled by the Ministry of Transport of the russian federation, which specializes in aviation, sea, rail, passenger transportation, automotive and special equipment for russian companies in the transport industry, and investment activities in the development of the transport infrastructure of the russian federation. Pursuant to the contract DL 0633-008-K/2017 dated 14.11.2017, the vessel IMO 9868821 was leased by GTLC JSC to the russian company Navis-1 LLC for a period until 30 November 2034.
