Vessel information
During the period when the G7+ oil embargo and the price cap policy on russian crude oil and petroleum products were in effect, the tanker was involved in the export of russian petroleum products, specifically from russian Black Sea ports to third countries.
From 2025 through mid-2026, the tanker was managed by Esea Venture Shipping Management LLC (UAE), which has been subject to EU sanctions since June 2026 and Swiss sanctions since August 2026.
Since July 24, 2026, the EU has imposed sanctions on the vessel for transporting crude oil, petroleum products, or mineral products originating in or exported from russia, and for practicing irregular and high-risk shipping practices as set out in the International Maritime Organisation General Assembly resolution A.1192(33).
