The vessel is involved in the theft of grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Specifically, between April 3 and 10, 2026, the vessel loaded more than 18.3 thousand metric tons of grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine at the temporarily occupied seaport of Sevastopol, after which it sailed to the port of Dekheila (Egypt); the shipper was the russian company Mostagro LLC (TIN 9701208412).
In addition, according to available information, the vessel is involved in the maritime export of russian coal. Specifically, in January and February 2026, the vessel transported over 34,000 metric tons of coal from the port of Tuapse; the shipper was Trinity Way DMCC (UAE). Trinity Way DMCC purchases russian coal from the following russian companies: JSC "Atrium" (TIN 4217210272, subject to Ukrainian sanctions), JSC "Kuzbassrazrezugol Coal Company" (TIN 4205049090, subject to sanctions by the U.S. and Ukraine), and Promugolservis LLC (TIN 7718171862, subject to sanctions by Ukraine).
On August 14, 2026, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the vessel.
