Vessel information
The vessel is involved in the shipment of russian coal in circumvention of sanctions.
In February and May 2026, under the command of master Rufat Babayev (Azerbaijani citizen), the vessel transported two shipments of 3,200.0 tons of anthracite (coal) each from the port of Rostov-on-Don to the port of Giurgiulești (Moldova). The shipper of the anthracite cargo is the russian company LLC "SHAKHTOPRAVLENIE "SADKINSKOE" (TIN 6142018519), which is subject to Ukrainian sanctions.
