The tanker, during the period of the oil embargo and the price cap policy on russian crude oil and petroleum products, is involved in the export of russian crude oil and petroleum products from russian ports on the Baltic and Black Seas to third countries.
In particular, the vessel exported russian Urals crude oil to India from the ports of Ust-Luga and Primorsk in April, September, and December 2025, and in February 2026 it transported russian petroleum products from the port of Taman to Singapore. In July 2025, the tanker exported russian Urals crude oil to India from the port of Primorsk in the interests of PJSC Oil Company Rosneft.
The vessel belongs to the fleet of the Greek company Stealth Maritime Corporation SA, which was founded in 1999.
On February 12, 2026, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the vessel.
