LNG SOARS

The tanker is involved in the transportation of russian LNG from sanctioned projects using deceptive, high-risk shipping practices (AIS spoofing).
In October 2025, the tanker transshipped russian LNG from the sanctioned tanker IMO 9630028, which had previously loaded LNG from the sanctioned medium-tonnage project Gazprom LNG Portovaya. AIS data from IMO 9307205 indicates that it falsified its location (spoofing) from October 13 to 18, 2025, while tanker IMO 9630028 did not transmit any AIS signals from October 15 to 24, 2025.
On February 24, 2026, the United Kingdom imposed sanctions on the vessel.
